These Terms of Use and Service Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website, digital platforms, career inventory, consultancy and related services offered by QNS Eğitim Pazarlama Ağı Danışmanlığı A.Ş. (“QNS” or “ApplyEurolink”).

All users who visit the website, create an account or purchase a service are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Scope of the Service

The services offered under ApplyEurolink may include the following:

  • Career inventory and analysis services
  • PRISM Brain Mapping assessment processes
  • Information on universities and programs
  • Career counselling
  • Education counselling
  • Digital reporting and guidance services
  • Personalised recommendations and analyses

QNS is not a university, a public authority or a visa authority. The services provided are advisory and informational in nature.

3. User Obligations

The user agrees that:

  • all information and documents submitted to the system are accurate, complete and up to date;
  • the information and documents requested during the service process will be provided on time;
  • the platform will be used in accordance with the law and the rules of good faith;
  • accounts belonging to other persons will not be used without permission;
  • no action will be taken that damages the system, blocks access to it or threatens its security.

The user is responsible for the consequences of providing incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website, including brands, logos, designs, texts, images, reports, software, the analysis system and other materials, belongs to QNS or the relevant rights holders.

Users may not:

  • copy the content without permission,
  • reproduce it,
  • use it for commercial purposes,
  • share it with third parties,
  • republish it.

Reports provided under ApplyEurolink and PRISM Brain Mapping are provided for personal use only.

5. Service Process and Results

The services provided are advisory and evaluative in nature.

QNS does not guarantee:

  • university admission,
  • scholarships,
  • visas,
  • placement,
  • career outcomes,
  • employment.

Inventory and analysis results are for guidance only; the final decision rests with the user.

6. Payment and Fees

Service fees are charged in the amounts shown on the payment screen.

Unless otherwise stated, the fees do not include:

  • university application fees,
  • tuition fees,
  • accommodation costs,
  • official authority fees,
  • visa fees,
  • third-party service charges.

QNS reserves the right to update prices and service scopes.

7. Refunds and Withdrawal

Refund, withdrawal and reimbursement processes are handled under the separately published “Refund and Returns Policy” and the “Distance Sales Agreement”.

If the user requests that the service be started early, a deduction proportional to the service already provided may be applied.

8. Third-Party Services

In some processes QNS may work with third-party platforms, universities, testing systems or service providers.

QNS has no direct control over these third parties’:

  • system outages,
  • process changes,
  • delays,
  • decisions,
  • service disruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

QNS cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from:

  • user decisions,
  • career choices,
  • decisions of universities or institutions,
  • technical infrastructure outages,
  • problems caused by third parties,
  • processing times of public authorities.

10. Privacy and Data Processing

Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and related legislation.

11. Suspension of the Service

QNS has the right to suspend a user’s access temporarily or permanently in the following cases:

  • misuse,
  • submission of false information,
  • unlawful activity,
  • behaviour that threatens system security,
  • failure to fulfil payment obligations.

12. Force Majeure

QNS cannot be held liable for delays in the services caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, internet outages, decisions of public authorities, technical infrastructure problems and similar circumstances.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorised.

14. Entry into Force

By using the website or purchasing a service, the user is deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use and Service Conditions.
