Neşe Saruhan graduated from the Psychology Department at Boğaziçi University. After completing an MBA at Koç University, she started working in the marketing department at Alcatel Kablo A.Ş. in 1997. In 2001, she took a career break to research and work on innovations in e-commerce, completing a diploma programme in the subject at Loyola University. Upon returning to Turkey, she joined Nexans (formerly Alcatel Kablo) Communication Industry and Trade Inc. as Marketing Manager. She subsequently held various positions at Nexans Communication Industry and Trade Inc., including Regional Sales Manager for the Marmara Region, Director of Strategic Marketing and Business Development, and Acting Sales Director. During her professional career, she completed her PhD in Organisational Behaviour at Marmara University’s Faculty of Business Administration in 2013. He currently teaches courses on neuro-marketing, organisational change management and leadership at Bahçeşehir University, while also delivering neuro-marketing, neuro-sales and neuro-leadership training to organisations through ND Management Consultancy. In 2015, he introduced the PRISM Brain Mapping application to Turkey. He is a PRISM Brain Mapping Master Practitioner in Turkey. Furthermore, he delivers training sessions on enhancing concentration, focus, and creativity using the NeuroSky ‘MindWave’ application, one of today’s new-generation technologies.
